Surrounded by nature, this beautifully arranged villa is literally hanging above the sea combining stone with typical whitewashed Cycladic architecture. The villa offers unique deco, combining antique items and stylish Cycladic furniture creating a sensational mix of the new with the old. The main house boasts a stylish hallway leading into the comfortable living room and separate dining area; all separated by an arched curtained doorway from the master bedroom. The property offers two additional elevated guesthouses which function as completely independent residences. Each guest house accommodates two guests or a small family of up to four persons using the double bedroom and converting the open -plan living room into a second sleeping area. The villa is surrounded by a large stone terrace, ideal for moments of relaxation under the sun and BBQ with alfresco dinning for up to 12 guests.

LOCAL & LEISURE ACTIVITIES

Kea (Tzia) is a lovely island that still keeps its traditional charm. Tourism is not that developed and many Athenians have summer houses there to spend summer weekends. The port of Kea is Korissia and few kilometers inland, is the lovely village of Ioulida, capital of the island. Kea’s second port Boukari, is a small cosmopolitan port with many yachts and fishing boats. The inland of Kea is great for trekking. Trekkers will discover the beautiful landscape, ruins of old fortifications, old churches and abandoned houses. Most beaches in Kea island are unorganized and secluded, the most popular ones being Koundouros, Gialiskari and Korissia.

GETTING THERE

From the port of Lavrio, Athens (20 minutes from Athens Airport): Daily Ferries, approx. travel time 1 hour. Inter-island connections: Daily boat transportation from other islands.
