The villa is in Northern Evia at Damia village, a short drive from the sea side village of Rodies. The surrounding area offers guests the opportunity to explore unique venues such as Byzantine era monasteries, waterfalls and an amazing natural landscape; there are many sandy beaches within a short drive from the villa. The capital of Evia is the beautiful town of Chalkida connected to mainland Greece via the Chalkida bridge, making it possible to drive across to the island. Chalkida is less than an hour’s drive from Athens and a place with immense historic importance highlighted by the famous fortress that stands above overlooking the city. From up here you can enjoy some really amazing views of the town and the surrounding area with its lovely promenade that you walk along with the sea next to you. There you can find a number of cafe bars, restaurants and local shops offering a whole range of items and products.
